Delivery Within Australia
Approximately 8-12 weeks for standard orders and delivered by Australia Post. For international orders please email us for details.
Whilst we will use every reasonable endeavor to comply with delivery times, we cannot be responsible for delays arising customs, flight delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payments
50% payable pro forma our part hereof and balance prior to delivery, orders will not be processed until full 50% deposit is paid.

We accept:
VISA, MASTER CARD
CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER (subject to 5 day clearing)
BANK DEPOSITS:
Account details will be on the invoice.
Gowns remain the property of Unforgettable Bridal until all monies are paid in full.

Cancellations
Change of mind cancellations must be done in writing within 3 days. A re-stocking fee of 50% of purchase price will be incurred on all cancellations. There is no cancellation or returns on special custom orders.

Returns
Should there be any fault or damage to any gown, returns for credit will only be accepted if they have an authorisation number, shipping tracking number and are returned in original condition within five days following delivery date. Gown will be inspected on its return. Return costs will be payable by the customer.

Additional Charges
Sizes 18 and over incur a surcharge of 10%
Delivery costs for postage and handling:
Wedding gowns - $30.00 AU each
Bridesmaids - $15.00 AU each
International Charges: Please email us for a quote
Gowns left after 90 days will be assumed cancelled and returned to stock. (see cancellation clause)
